Nylon Tape

Material: This Nylon Tape is made from high-strength Nylon 66 industrial yarn and woven using high-speed shuttleless looms. This results in a strong, durable fabric with evenly distributed textures and shrinkage. The tape's high strength and stability during the vulcanization process ensure no deformation, making it an ideal choice for high-performance applications.

Application: This Nylon tapes are designed for wrapping around the surface of automotive rubber hoses,Silicone hoses, Industrial hoses before the vulcanization process. During vulcanization, the tape fixes the rubber, enhancing its density and promoting strong adhesion between the rubber and the reinforcing material. Additionally, it helps the hoses achieve a patterned surface.  

This result is a smooth,shiny outer layer with enhanced reflectivity and uniform patterns, thanks tothe the refined and clear of the nylon tape surface . Its durability is 6-8 times higher than cotton-based tapes, with a lifespan of over 30 turns.

• Thin (0.28mm – 0.38mm): Ideal for various export hoses, special-shaped hoses, and high-pressure steel wire braided hoses.

• Standard (0.45mm): Perfect for suction hoses, mud discharge hoses, and steel wire-wrapped hoses.

• Extra Thick (0.8mm – 1.0mm): Suitable for rubber rollers, rubber fenders, and rubber products with high expansion forces. Extra thick tapes allow vulcanization without the need for steel wire reinforcement, achieving the required hardness.
